When you first catch your term, is it mundane for it to be long?

If got my interval 3 months ago. Is it normal that it last 6-8 days and it comes like 5 days stale of what I expected. (Irregular) Like I said I got my time in March 2007.When you first catch your term, is it mundane for it to be long?
It's completely normal. First period are usually irregular for about 2 years or so.
There is no such article as normal and period. Especially when you are young. Do not verbs nature is doing it's brief!
The first few years I've had my length, I had it for 7 days , but immediately it's narrowed down to 4 days. Thank GOD! I'm not sure why this happens.
Yes it's regular for it to be long it just depends on how your body works.
mines approaching yours too. its just that it isnt run of the mill wen it first starts. a couple of years llater it should become more regular :)

congratulations... sometimes this happen to girls sometimes not, check with your mother or other feminine relatives to see how their cycles are... this can be genetics. This does not nouns irregular at all.
If you bleed for more than 10 days check near your gynecologist otherwise welcome to the wonderful world of Womanhood... I hope you do better surrounded by the beginning than I did!... be sure to maintain a calender or reminder, as to avoid any embarrassment!
PS... check beside your gynecologist regarding Pads verse tampons... Tampons are not always locked. that menstrual blood is meant to flush out not to sit up contained by there beside a "plug" holding it in!

A regular time is supposed to be between 3-10 days.
So 6-8 days is normal...
