When conceived...?

Are there any "conceived" or "I'm plainly pregnant" pains that you get surrounded by your uterus/ovaries area? Could you grasp pains if you conceived and are still on the pill (not on purpose)? What could those little pains be?When conceived...?
i have pains and cramps during ovulating. also when i be taking pills(contraceptives) i had lot of strange sensations surrounded by my uterus/ovaries because of the hormones they contain. but I'm not taking anymore pills and my ovulating test are negative, still i have worst uterus pains after i hold sex. so i went to lot of doctors and they told me i hold endometriosa{I don' know how it is name within English} (a painful inflammation of uterus). i have a surgical intervention (laparoscopie) that might help me . jump to see a doctor! there's nothing to be a shame of!
Nope not as I know of pains to be precise..
