When do you start counting 28 days after your time of year?

On the first day of your time or the last?When do you start counting 28 days after your time of year?
First afternoon of bleeding is day one.
First light of day is day one.
from the first morning of you're period
some women count it as 21 days from the finish off of there time.

You start counting on the first time of your period.This is because the commencing of your period indicates the start of your menstrual cycle.
1st day mine's every 4th Thursday (OK too much information!)
You start counting from the daylight your period starts, even if its a short time ago spotting.
Incidentally, the reason you count is to verify all along your cycle. The AVERAGE is 28 days; this is NOT the rule.
you count from the first day it started

I do it from the 1st morning of bleeding

(Do remember that not adjectives woman have 28 afternoon cycles!)
