As soon as your time starts is a good time to put the tampon within. If you're already on your period very soon, why would you wait until tomorrow? Carpe diem!

Are you have your cycle and if so no time like the present. Just relax first, afterwards follow the directions on the package. They are awfully simple and easy to read between the lines. You will be fine. You may even mess up a few in the process of trying but don't sweat it; life span is about erudition.
