rosebud :) kegels can be done without any gadget. kegels (pelvic muscle) exercises can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to help regain control of urine flow. they do not require special clothing or equipments and are straightforward to learn and simple to do.
how kegel exercises are done:
*while urinating, try to stop the flow of urine . start and stop the flow as normally as you can
*contract as if you were stopping the urine stream, but do it when you are not urinating
*tighten rectum as if trying not to elapse gas. contract anus, but do not move buttocks
*try holding each kegel for a slow count of 5 and do not move your buttocks, legs or stomach muscles
You can do these contractions for 5-10 second in sets of 10 three times a hours of daylight. you can do kegel exercises regularly, as often as possible, anytime, anywhere.
I don't dream up there is an exerciser for that. Kegels are done internally by tightening, holding, later releasing the vaginal muscles.

when you step to the bathroom try stopping the flow of urine, those are the muscles you need to use.
Such a device does not exsist. While you are urinating stop the flow as tons times as you can and then resume. the muscles that it take to stop the urine are the same muscles that you are trying to exercise.
